This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between HikeOne Creatives LLC with its principal place of business at United States of America, and
The Agency agrees to provide the following services to the Client (“Services”):
Detailed specifications of the project are outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) document, which is hereby incorporated into this Agreement.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that the following items are not included in the agreed service package and must be provided or arranged by the Client unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Statement of Work (SOW):
Failure to provide the above materials in a timely manner may result in project delays, and the Agency shall not be held responsible for missed deadlines or incomplete deliverables caused by such delays.
If the Client requests the Agency to arrange or purchase any of the above items on their behalf, additional charges will apply, and prior written approval will be required.
The Client is entitled to the following number of revision rounds for each phase of the project. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and materials shared during the course of the project. This obligation will continue indefinitely, even after the termination of this Agreement.
Upon full payment, the Agency grants the Client exclusive rights to the final deliverables. The Agency retains the right to use the deliverables for promotional purposes unless explicitly restricted by the Client.
This Agreement may be terminated by either party with 7 days written notice via email or message. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for all Services rendered up to the date of termination.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved through non-binding arbitration.

This Agreement, together with the attached SOW and any other referenced documents, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.
Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
By accessing or using the services provided by HikeOne Creatives LLC (“Agency”), you (“Client”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Agency provides digital services, including but not limited to website development and design, logo design, video animation, SEO, marketing, and content writing.
Note: By filling this document, you acknowledge and accept all the policies, terms, and conditions outlined herein and agree to adhere to them fully.
